O my goodness! Im so excited!! I have 5 more days til my birthday and beach vacation!! YAAAYYY!!
On another note. This week was not a great week for me but it was ok. Around this time of year I have lots of sad memories that sometimes put a damper on my day. I didn't workout as much as I should have but I did make sure to keep my meals in check and I drank plenty water. Advise to you... always make sure you are eating as clean as possible, save treats for special occasions (losing the 5lbs you want to lose is not a special occassion ...LOL!!), drink plenty of water and love yourself regardless of where you are. I know you are saying what about exercise? Strength training and cardio are important parts of the equation but you have to exercise so much more harder if you have poor eating habits. I enjoy calisthenics, weight training, and various other cardio exercises. I LOVE ZUMBA!! I use these exercise to shape my body and have fun. I make sure Im eating clean to slim my body. Understand what I'm saying?? Ok ... I knew you would.
