Another Stair Master Workout... done!!

I must say I had a great weekend. On Saturday I did 2 hours of yardwork for a 1000+ calorie burn. It felt good, the weather was hot but I got it done. My yard really needed/needs some work. On Sunday morning I ventured out to the stadium again for a wokout. I ultilized the steps, did walking lunges, did push-ups, burpees, mt. climbers and walked the track. Today my legs and glutes are feeling it.

I really think this will be my early Sunday morning workout. Thursdays are my Zumba Toning and Zumba workouts, I often throw a Calisthenics Kingz Killer Abs workout in the mix but I have to get a more consistent set of exercises. Sometimes Im all over the place BUT I do workout without a doubt.
