Happy Monday! I have started my morning park workouts again. At this time there are two ladies that join me. They inspire me soooo much. They put up with my extra's I like to add to make the "stroll in the park" more challenging. We do calisthenics workouts during our stroll. I was inspired by the Calisthenics Kingz to add park workouts/calisthenics into my workout routines. We do walking lunges, push-ups, mountain climbers, Navy' Eights, etc. I love that we have started this group and welcome others to join us. Thanks to one of the ladies for giving our group the name "Stroll in the Park Divas". But the group in not necessarily limited to women only, men are welcome to join in on the fun.
