What's on my plate??

Well I must say I am enjoying blue berries and key lime greek yogurt. Its a great summer or any season treat. YUM!! That treat has become my new favorite or the month.

This mornings workout was cardio and stregth training. I did a full body pyramis circuit. The ciut consisted of :

5 Sets  = 12, 10, 8, 10, 12 (reps),  you lift light, meduim, heavy, medium, heavy. Your muscles should be fatigued and this should be a challenge to complete.

I did not attend any July 4th celebrations. I cooked dinner at home and relaxed. I did workout. I went for a 40 minute walk and did 20 mins at the stadium, climbing and doing crawls on the steps. It was hot on those stairs!! WHHEEEWW!!
