Life is great! I completed a 100 Lunges per Day Challenge. I feel good about it and I can notice a different in my legs and abs. The challenge was for 7 days and I did 100 lunges on each leg along with an upper body strength trainting circuit. You should try it. If you are new to working out start with 50 and work your way up. You will be sore but you will be proud of yourself for doing it.
