O MY GOODNESS!!!

I have totally neglected to write a lil something for those of you who come to my check me out. I do apologize.

I am doing great still working out and enjoying all the that life has to offer. I have lost a total of 40 since last year with exercise and a few changing to my meal plans. I am going to kick it up a notch with a healthier diet to get more results. My exercise routine is where is should be and I can always find ways to kick that up a notch or two or three but I know I will see better progress if I clean up my diet.
