Hey YA'LLLLL (in my Paula Dean voice) hehehehehe!
I wanted to update you and pat myself on my back. I have lost 41lbs!!!! YAAAAYYYYY!!! It has taken me one year to do this and I"M AM SO HAPPY!!! I did not eat perect everyday, I did not exercise everyday. All I did was changed what was on my plate and moved around more. Simple!
I am so proud of myself. Although I did not stay 100% on plan, I made changes and got results!! It really just takes small changes to get good results. Start making small changes TODAY. You don't have be drastic but be mindful. Eat more fruits and vegetables, lower your sugar intake, drink more water and add a little physical activity to your day. Dance, garden, clean house, play with your kids, etc... make it intentional. Im looking forward to making more changes and getting more results. Live life well!
