Hello, I started this journey long time ago when my mother passed away of breast cancer. I decided to change my unhealthy lifestyle and lose weight. I lost the weight and became a fitness instructor and personal trainer. And I loved it!! Keep the weight off for years and comfort set in, went back to school to get my degree in Physical Education and ego reared its ugly head. I thought I was exempt from gaining the weight back because I had all the information I needed and I worked out. WRONG!! You can not out train (workout) an BAD diet. It does not matter how much you know if you don't put it in action. Soooo over time my weight creeped up and so did the feelings of failing myself. Stressing about weight will definitely not help you lose weight, at least for me. After feeling sorry for myself I decided I needed to do something about it and use all the knowledge I had and put it in action. So here I am...
