Hi! I'm still here. I was away with a serious backache from a previous aggravated injury. I got some much needed rest and time to re-evealuate my life. I think we should always look at ourselves and see if we are on the right track. I did work around my back injury and worked my biceps, triceps, and shoulders. I finally felt well enough to go to my regular Zumba class. My Zumba Instructor introduced a Zumba Toning class before our regular class and I didn't want to miss it. Again, I workout around my backache. Im saying this so that you know that because you may have one injury or situation going on you don't have to totally shut down, you can work around it until it gets better and move forward. My back feels much better today and now I can continue my regularly scheduled workouts.
On another note, during my down time, healing time, I dealt with some other "hurts". I had time to focus on past issues and really get past it so that I could move on to greater things in my life. During this time I had to work on forgiveness.... forgiving myself and forgiving others. I realized I was still stuck in unforgiveness and that it was some baggage I needed to get rid of on my journey. I don't need to carry any extra weight, mentally or physically.
So if you feel like you are not moving forward and you're carry an extra load mentally or physically... RE-EVALUATE your life and DEAL with it. Its going to be hard, its going to be a process but you can do it. I can do it. I have to do so that I can be the best person I can be.
