The Stair Master



On Sunday this was my workout. I did half of the staduim. It felt good but my legs were shaking and they are not as sore as I thought they would be this morning. Im thinking that I will make this an early Sunday morning regular workout. I used to be able to do the entire staduim and come back at least half way. I want to be able to build back to that. I also have to get some running in this week.

I also went to ZUMBA on Saturday morning. That was SOOOOO much fun. I really enjoy Zumba. I would love to teach it but for now Im enjoying being in the crowd. PARTY, PARTY, PARTY!!! If you have not tried Zumba, you should try it. Its not about being the best dancer, its about enjoying yourself.
