What's the new dish?

Hello,

Well today is a good day. I woke up feeling rested and decided to workout. I haven't really "worked out" since my vacation. I don't really consider the beautiful morning walks on the beach a workout BUT it is movement and I don't discount my efforts. 

Well, this morning I decided to do a run/walk workout in my neighborhood. I used my Gym Boss Timer to help me with the intervals and my music to motivate me. Today was a short workout of 30 minutes. It went well and I feel great that I did it. Im not a runner type of lady...lol.

I started this running business before my vacation with one of ZFam members. She rocks!! She does it all, run, crossfit, Zumba, etc. Sooooo with that said she has challenged me and others to run a 5 mile course in October. She will be running a half marathon at the same time. Of course this means I am going to have to train my mind and body to complete the challenge. I know I can do it, there is no doubt there. Out of all the workouts I will do, Insanity, P90X, Zumba, Calisthenic Kingz Killer Abs, jump rope, etc. RUNNING is the most challenging exercise for me to do.
